A customer provided the shelving and I filled it with wand boxes. It's for a wand shop. The shelving covers a back wall behind the checkout counter. That's over 100 boxes! All painted and shaded, each one it's own masterpiece.
I have lots of new ideas and some old favorites that I'll be working on over the next few weeks. I posted some left over inventory on Etsy today to make room for new work. Be sure to check it out and grab your favorite before it's gone! I'm also reconstructing my website. It's been down for a while and I'm almost ready to publish the new site, probably in the next couple of weeks as well.
I'm really excited to be back and can't wait to get some of my new ideas out for you to see! Stay tuned! :-)

ReplyDeleteI love the wand box commission, I can't imagine how long it took to make all those boxes.
I look forward to some new wands.

Hi Lorraine. Glad you have come back to miniatures and wand making in particular.....being a very selfish previous customer!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back to the Queen of Wands - it's nice to read a new post from you. But no surprise you had no time for blogland - you must have been very busy making all these beautiful wand boxes.

This looks wonderful Lorraine! I can only imaging how long it took you to make all those boxes! It's so funny how when you put 100 boxes together, there seems to be a lot less... Just realising how many wands and boxes I'm going to need for mine after looking at this haha!
ReplyDeleteWonderful work as ever :)
So lovely to see you back Lorraine...x
